Nourishing gardens across Niagara through her family Market that she and her husband Michael held for their lifetime together. She was a devoted mentor to the bright children at Saint Antoine. An imaginative seamstress, qigong student, lifetime practitioner of meditation, ultimate music fan, language learner, and nature admirer; Carole was always on the move. Carole and Michael travelled the world to support and explore with their children as they followed their dreams, always in search of greater connectivity to the lands and waters; a true blessing. Celebrating with family and friends with themed parties, homemade costumes, creative foods, and spending quality time together is what mattered most. Carole showed gratitude, always.Carole’s healing journey was a layered network of care, with natural medicines, ceremonies and prayers. Carole lived full and vibrantly. At Princess Margaret Hospital, Carole bravely volunteered and contributed to a clinical trial study that discovered new medicine. When the study closed, Carole was the sole survivor in North America. Her efforts and courageous feats will provide improved quality of life to millions around the world. We extend gratitude to all our wonderful Caregivers and loved ones over the last decade. Lightning and thunders accompanied her and family this past week as she came to rest in loving arms at home.Carole and Michael wove a true and infinite love story, they cherished every moment of their lives. Their love lives on in their children, grandchildren and all those who have witnessed their eternal bond. A legendary mother, wife, mémère, sister, auntie, matante, cousin, and treasured friend.
